HOW THE TRANSFER PORTAL WORKS
- Trading opens twice a season. Weeks 3–6 and Weeks 8–10. Any other week you can look around, but you cannot send or accept an offer.
- Both managers have to say yes. Pick who you would send and who you want back, send the offer, and the other manager accepts or declines. You can pull an offer back any time before they accept.
- Your commissioner may get the last word. If your league is set up that way, a trade both sides agreed to still waits for the commissioner. Nobody’s roster changes until it is approved.
- Players you drop land in the portal. Drop someone while the portal is shut and nobody in the league can sign him until it opens again. If there is no window left this season, he is out until next year.
